Pretty in Pink

Today was such a fun day. My daughter had one of her first experiences with nail polish. Bright, bold, hot pink nail polish! As I was putting the "pretties" on her fingers my son was so intently watching with envy. He wanted some too. Now tell me, how do you explain to a 3 year old that he can't have any, that only ladies wear nail polish? I suppose some men do, but I will save that conversation with him for another day.
