October 27, '10 Finally were ready to send in the formal application
November 4, '10 First home study visit
November 9, '10 Second home study visit
November 16, '10 Third home study visit
November 23, '10 Last home study visit. Meeting the kids and touring the home.
February 9, '11 Joe's fingerprint apointment. Mine scheduled for the 23'rd but I snuck in with his appt.
March 4, '11 Dossier complete
March 9, '11 Receive word Ethiopia is cutting adoptions by 90%
March 21, '11 Dossier turned into the agency
March 31, '11 Dossier sent to Washington to get authenticated
April 15, '11 Dossier sent to Ethiopia
May 19, '11 Dossier authenticated & registered in Ethiopia
June 1, '12 Switched agencies after waiting 14 months with the old agency
June 1, '12 #21 on new agency wait list
September 1, '12 #18 on wait list #6 for our specifications
